Very happy with the repair service on my Panasonic. Was a quick and economic repair. Most pleased and happy to be recommending.

I wish I had seen the bad comments before I contacted them. £75 to collect my Sony Led tv, after 10 days of hearing nothing I contacted them, they said they ran the diagnostics and told me that the main board needed replacing £350!!! As they already had my initial payment of £75 that would be taken off the price, very generous. They asked if I wanted to go ahead with the repair or they would dispose of my tv or have my tv returned. I said I would have my tv back and get a second quote, their response was I wouldn't get a better price and better to have the repair done by them or get them to dispose of the TV. I opted for the return and did get a 2nd quote, only £20 to run a diagnostics check and £150 for parts and labour. My idea is if I hadn't asked for the tv back they would of repaired the tv for a fraction of the price they quoted then sold it on and made a huge profit. I now know to check reviews.

This is a con business. I have serious doubt if they indeed repair TVs. They rip you off the fee (£80) to take the TV set away and will not tell you what is wrong with it until you pay for it. Once they get the money they will tell you that it is not worth repairing it and send the TV back treating you very rudely and professionally.

I cannot stress enough how expensive these guys are to the end user. They don't always use their own repair technicians (if ever) and simply contact a (normally independent) repair centre near the client. These repair centres pick up the items, repair/quote Consumonics for repairs at sensible prices, at which point Consumonics whack a massive "handing" charge on top for the client to pay.
Forget using Consumonics and just look for your local TV, HiFi, Home-Cinema repair centre. They'll still end up doing the job for you but it will be much lower in price & you'll be directly supporting your local community, not a call centre (which it appears this is all Conumonics is)far away.
Think local, save money.

Please be aware these are cowboys, tv went back and forth 3 times and still not repaired and finally I received it un Repaired and guess what when u plug it in in sparks and later noticed the underneath panel is missing. They are all so rude and definitely not educated in this field. Please don't make the same mistake I did
